This gluten-free rice flour bread was created after repeated trial and error, inspired by the concerns of customers with wheat allergies, with the aim of "making delicious bread that people with allergies can enjoy."
Initially, there was a problem with the bread becoming hard over time, but with the desire to "let customers enjoy every last bite," we repeatedly made prototypes and finally achieved the ideal chewy texture by adding okara (soy pulp).
