Artist Kasumi Fujimura - Tableware that is always by your side in daily life.

Kasumi Fujimura, born in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture in 1987, developed an early affinity for art. After graduating from Onomichi City University with a degree in fine arts in 2010, she fully committed to the path of ceramics. She then completed her studies at the Ceramic and Porcelain Design Institute in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, in 2012, further honing her skills and sensibility. She currently works on her creations from her studio in Tajimi City.

Kasumi Fujimura's works are characterized by their simple yet delicately beautiful designs and forms that prioritize ease of use. While utilizing traditional ceramic techniques, her pieces incorporate modern elements, bringing color to the daily lives of many.

On the other hand, the bronze plates were born from a request from a neighborhood izakaya, and their tasteful color makes them appealing for everyday use.
